Michael Klopstein has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Michael started their career at PepsiCo in 1989, where they held various roles in engineering, operations, food service, retail sales, and executive positions. In 2005, they joined Mattel as the VP of Sales, responsible for leading the Target and Retail segment. Michael also played a key role in turning around the business at Target and driving market share gains.

In 2012, Klopstein joined Dr Pepper Snapple Group as the Vice President of National Accounts, where they led the restructuring of the retail and customer go-to-market strategy. Michael focused on building Dr Pepper brands and achieved 30% growth for Snapple Tea.

In 2014, Klopstein was recruited by Schwan's Company as the Division Vice President/GM to establish standards and accountability in the Home Service organization.

Michael Klopstein has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Michael also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Case Western Reserve University, with a focus on Marketing/Finance. Additionally, they have earned another MBA degree from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
