Jess Allen

Director of Customer Success at GreenLight.ai

Jess Allen has worked in Human Resources since 2009. Jess began their career as an HR Manager at Symphony Services, Inc. in 2009, then moved to Bay Area HR Pixies as an HR Consultant in 2010. In 2018, they became the Director of Customer Success at GreenLight Workforce Solutions, where they are responsible for making it streamlined, safe and simple to organize, manage and pay independent workers. Jess is also building a cloud-based contingent workforce management platform for the future of work.

Jess Allen attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2005 to 2009, where they studied Social Psychology.
