Ray Hailey

National Portfolio Manager at GreenLight Fund

Ray Hailey joined GreenLight Fund in August 2021. He is an equity champion, story-teller, researcher, and community builder. Ray’s passion is helping social ventures identify the keys to igniting accelerated growth, prioritizing the most critical focus areas that will speed their trajectory. His previous career experiences focused on community-centered market research and setting forth strategic solutions for brands and nonprofits such as IBM, Endeavor/Learfield IMG, Plastic Bank, InterACT, Walker & Dunlop, and The Association of Public and Land-grant Universities (APLU). He has developed social entrepreneurship curriculum and accelerator programs for undergraduate and graduate students at the USC Brittingham Social Enterprise Lab. Additionally, he has served as a Project Manager at Advisory 83, a full-service organizational change management firm – specializing in DEI training and development, leadership coaching, policy integration and strategic planning.

Ray has a BA in International Studies with a concentration in Sustainable Development and two minors in Economics and Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach. He also has a Master of Science in Social Entrepreneurship and Graduate Certificate in Marketing at the Marshall School of Business from the University of Southern California.
