Joel Rabel

Joel Rabel is an accomplished electrical engineer with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various engineering roles. Currently serving as an Electrical Engineer at Greenlight Innovation Corp. since February 2023, Joel previously held the position of Senior Electrical Engineer at Sacré-Davey Engineering for nearly seven years, leading numerous industrial projects and overseeing project drafting teams. Earlier roles included key contributions as Lead Electrical Engineer at Ref-Chem, L.P., and as a Senior Systems Engineer at Premium Power Corporation, where Joel developed cutting-edge energy storage solutions. Joel's professional journey also includes significant positions at Sacre-Davey Engineering, Greenlight Power Technologies, Hydrogenics, Nortel Networks, and Janna Systems, complemented by a BASc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
