Prior to Greenlight, they were the People Operations Leader at Gather Technologies. Ben has also held positions as the Director of People Operations at Cardlytics, Head of Talent Acquisition at Williams Interactive, and Recruiting Manager at Saks Fifth Avenue.

Ben Swartwout's educational career began with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University.
