Winnie Tsao

Winnie Tsao is a seasoned professional with a strong background in operations, investment banking, and business strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Operations and Chief of Staff at GreenLite Technologies since June 2023, Winnie has previously held positions as Manager of Business Operations & Strategy at Bird and as a Growth Equity Investor at Sageview Capital. Prior experience includes an Investment Banking Analyst role at Evercore focused on consumer and retail sectors, as well as summer analyst positions at Guggenheim Partners. Winnie's early career involved leadership in the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, where responsibilities included guiding tours and managing the Career Peer Educator Program. Winnie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Finance from the University of Virginia.
