Barbara Idhaw

Barbara (Kelly) Idhaw is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in structural and bridge engineering. As Assistant Vice President and Bridge Department Manager at Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. since September 2002, Barbara oversees the bridge engineering staff and collaborates with management to address staffing and resource needs for various projects. Prior roles include Structural Engineer positions at McFarland-Johnson, Inc. and Erdman Anthony Associates, where Barbara was involved in the design of diverse bridge structures and the analysis of historic structures. Early career experiences include a role as Research Assistant at ATLSS Center focusing on fatigue in structural materials, and as a Design Engineer at Kutch, Brocavich & Associates, managing major airport project designs. Barbara holds a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from Lehigh University.
