Joshua Mendez

Joshua Mendez, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and quality assurance. Currently, Joshua serves as a Resident Engineer and previously as an Office Engineer at GPI / Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. since March 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing the closeout and acceptance of the Tappan Zee Bridge project. Prior to this, Joshua worked as a Structural Engineer at HW Lochner from June 2010 to January 2016 and gained initial experience as an Engineering Intern at Halcrow Yolles in 2008. Joshua earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, completing studies from 2008 to 2010.
