Emre Ayaz has extensive experience in instructional design and training. Emre began their career as a Motion Graphics Designer at Turkish Airlines, where they created learning materials for internal training. Emre then progressed to become a Production Manager, overseeing the general production of learning materials.

Emre Ayaz's next role was at Meta, where they served as a Linguist/AI Trainer. In this position, they utilized their Linguistics degree and technical skills to train AI models for the Turkish language on various capabilities.

Afterwards, Emre Ayaz joined SEV– Health and Education Foundation as a Senior Instructional Designer. Emre was responsible for creating distance learning capabilities for K-12 students using modern media and LMS tools. Emre developed a production pipeline with heavily animated content and implemented an interactive learning management system.

Emre Ayaz then moved on to Mentorgem, where they assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer. Emre joined the company in 2022 and currently holds this position.

Most recently, Emre Ayaz joined GreenMusk as the Chief Learning Officer. Prior to this, they served as the Lead Instructional Designer, where they managed and improved the output of training materials and services. Emre formed a team capable of providing training services to software companies from scratch, effectively becoming their internal department.

Overall, Emre Ayaz has a solid background in instructional design, training, and management, with a focus on creating engaging and effective learning experiences.

Emre Ayaz completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Linguistics from Dokuz Eylul University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In 2022, they enrolled in Istanbul Bilgi University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration, which they are expected to complete in 2023.

Additionally, Emre Ayaz has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in various areas such as Rust Essential Training, Advanced C Programming, Agile Instructional Design, Data-Driven Learning Design, Instructional Design Essentials: Models of ID, Introduction to 3D, JavaScript Essential Training, Learning Google Flutter for Mobile Developers, Learning Infographic Design, Measuring Learning Effectiveness, The Future of Workplace Learning, and Training with Stories. These certifications were obtained in June and August of 2022.
