Head, Customer Success at Greenomy

Alicia Quezada has a wealth of experience in customer success, financial planning and analysis, treasury management, trading and investments. Alicia began their career in 2014 as an Investment Associate at Scotiabank, where they were responsible for identifying opportunities to gather additional assets and/or increase revenue within the existing client base. Alicia then moved to Verdmont Capital S.A. as a Trader, where they maintained relationships with clients, executed trades in a variety of asset classes, and checked daily trades and commission reports for timelines and accuracy. In 2016, Quezada became a Treasury Manager at SeaGate Capital, where they managed trade execution and settlement reconciliations, sought for short and long term investment strategies for client's portfolios, and established new DVP relationships. In 2018, they began working as a Trader at Regents Park Securities, executing and monitoring electronic activity for equity, fixed income and futures, on behalf of the clients. Quezada then joined Kantox as a Customer Success Manager in 2020, where they provided ongoing support to top clients, developed assigned accounts, and improved performance across KPIs. Most recently, in 2022, they began working at Greenomy as Manager of Customer Success and at Abacum as FP&A - Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for onboarding and training of new customers, developing and managing long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders, and analysing client feedback.

Alicia Quezada has a diverse educational background. Alicia holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidad del Istmo, Panama, obtained between 2010 and 2014. Alicia then completed an Executive Development Program Specialization in Banking Management from Aden Business School in 2014. From 2016 to 2018, they earned a Master's Degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua. In 2019 and 2020, they obtained an Investment Advice Diploma (IAD) from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI). Alicia also holds a High School Diploma from Colegio Las Esclavas del Sagrado Corazón de Jesús, completed between 1996 and 2007. Additionally, Alicia Quezada has two certifications from LinkedIn, namely Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself, obtained in July 2021, and Presenting to Senior Executives, obtained in January 2021.
