Denis Noonan

Denis Noonan has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Denis currently holds the role of Vice President, Depositary Services and Custody Oversight, Northern Trust Luxembourg at Northern Trust Corporation, which they began in 2021. Denis also holds the role of Non Executive Director and Director, Head of Business Development and Client Relationships at Greenomy, which they began in 2021. In 2020, they were a Strategy Development, Transformation and Product Innovation consultant. From 2015-2020, they were Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Development at Luxembourg Stock Exchange. From 2007-2005, they were Vice President, Business Management, Core Products and Vice President, Product Management and Business Strategy at Clearstream. Denis Noonan has an educational background in economics, cognitive science, banking, and finance. Denis obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and Cognitive Science from Occidental College between 1987 and 1992. Following this, they obtained a Masters of Science in Banking and Finance from the Luxembourg School of Finance between 2014 and 2016. Denis also completed an Executive Education program in Banking and Finance at NYU Stern School of Business in 2016. In addition, Denis Noonan has obtained several certifications, including Managing Environmental & Sustainability Performance from the International Finance Corporation in December 2020, and Agile PM Foundation and Practitioner Certifications from APMG International in August 2020.
