Erin Jordan

Erin Jordan, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at Blue Mantis since May 2024. Prior to this role, Erin held various positions at NWN Corporation from October 2006 to May 2022, culminating in the role of Vice President of Human Resources where strategic HR leadership led to significant organizational success. Erin also served as a Director of Human Resources, providing vital guidance on HR policies and workforce planning, as well as successfully managing the integration of multiple acquisitions. Erin began the career as a Human Resources Coordinator. Erin holds a Business Management degree with a Marketing Concentration from NC State Poole College of Management, along with two Business Analytics certificates in Business Intelligence and Marketing Analytics from Wake Technical Community College.
