Tamsin Shaw

Tamsin Shaw is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business transformation, change management, and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as a General Assembly member at Greenpeace since June 2024, Tamsin also holds the position of Executive Manager for Business Transformation in Risk Management at Commonwealth Bank since August 2020, previously leading Organizational Change Management and Change Management initiatives in Business Lending. Tamsin's prior roles include serving as General Director on the Board of the Change Management Institute from October 2020 to December 2023 and working in operations and project management at several prominent companies, including FCB Inferno, Saatchi & Saatchi, TBWA, and VMLY&R from 2010 to 2020. Tamsin holds a Master of Science in Sustainability from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Psychology, complemented by specialized governance training from Future Directors and the Governance Institute of Australia.
