Erica Wyatt

Erica Wyatt has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Erica is currently the Chief People Officer at GreenPoint Ag, where they shape and executes human resources and talent management strategies. Erica also oversees community investment and legal functions and serves as Assistant Secretary for the Board of Directors. Prior to that, Erica served as the Vice President of Human Resources at GreenPoint Ag, where they drove talent, performance, change management, and cultural transformation strategies. Earlier in their career, they were the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Intrepid Potash, where they led human resources strategy, recruitment initiatives, benefits and compensation programs, and employee development initiatives. Erica also has experience as a Director of Human Resources at Dish Network, a Recruiter at Rapid Design Service, and as a Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and achieved important accomplishments in each role.

Erica Wyatt received a BA in Sociology from Indiana University Bloomington in the years 1990-1994. Erica then went on to attain an M Ed in Organizational Performance & Change Management from Colorado State University between 2002-2004. In addition, Erica obtained certifications such as SHRM-CP from SHRM in 2015, PHR Certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2000, and is Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Certified through The Myers-Briggs Company.
