Tarek Hakim

Tarek Hakim is an experienced professional in power management solutions and engineering, currently serving as Deputy Business Head at GreenPole Power Solutions since September 2014, a company co-founded to innovate hybrid energy solutions that integrate battery power with traditional energy sources. Prior to this, Tarek held roles as Procurement & Logistics Coordinator at i engineering Group, where responsibilities included purchasing foreign materials and optimizing procurement processes, and as a Mechanical Engineer at Almabani General Contractors, contributing to significant infrastructure projects. Tarek's early career includes consulting on air-conditioning systems at Acemco and an engineering internship at Embraer. Tarek holds an MBA from IE Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
