Steven Blue

Steven Blue has a long career in the military and real estate industries. Steven started their career in 1992 as a Special Forces Communications Sergeant in the US Army. In 2004, they became a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Homebuilder at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. In 2014, they moved on to become a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Blackwell Realty and Auction. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Construction Project Manager at Celebration Homes. In 2019, they began working as a Superintendent at DR Horton, where they completed Cedarbrook, a single family residential project of 120 units in the Metro Nashville area, within 18 months from start. Steven then moved on to Meritage Homes in 2021 as a Construction Manager and Crescent Homes TN, LLC as a Project Manager. Steven currently works as a Project Manager at Greenrise Technologies and a Builder at David Weekley Homes, both starting in 2022.

Steven Blue attended Martin Methodist College from 1988 to 1989, studying Business Administration and Management, General. Steven then attended Cumberland University from 1990 to 1991, though no degree or field of study was listed. Finally, they attended Austin Peay State University from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in History.
