Joakim Sundén

Joakim Sundén is an experienced consultant and strategic advisor currently engaged in multiple roles, including a consulting engagement at XCI, where support is provided to a Danish scale-up in adopting a product operating model. As a strategic advisor and investor at Outcome, Joakim contributes to enhancing company performance through the development of TeamOS. Joakim is also a partner and consultant at Crisp AB and a founding investor at Greens Ventures, focusing on Nordic pre-seed startups. Additionally, Joakim serves as a member of the Advisory Council for the Swedish Companies Registration Office, appointed by the government to facilitate entrepreneurial activities. Past consulting work includes engagements with notable companies such as Autoliv, Nike, Nexi Group, Länsförsäkringar, and Telenor, providing expertise in Agile transformation and organizational design. Joakim holds a degree from Uppsala University and has an educational background from Björknässkolan.
