Maggie Schreier

Maggie Schreier has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Maggie started their career as an Accounting Assistant at Laurier Inc. in 2000, where they handled various tasks related to accounts payable and accounts receivable. Maggie then moved on to Capitol Distributors in 2001, working as an Accounts Receivable Manager and handling inventory reconciliation and resolving overdue accounts.

In 2002, they joined J. Manning Associates dba Officeland, dba LTR Systems as a Bookkeeper, where they were responsible for all aspects of daily accounting for two separate entities. Maggie managed accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and financial analysis.

In 2007, Maggie started their own business called Maggie Mae Farm, where they served as the Owner. Maggie managed all aspects of the farm's finances, marketing, and customer communication until 2013.

Maggie then joined Resource Management Inc in 2007 as an Office Manager/Bookkeeper, and later transitioned into the role of a Bookkeeper. While there, they handled administrative support, office systems, and accounting tasks using Peachtree/Sage Accounting software.

Maggie's career took another turn in 2015 when they joined Greensea IQ as an Office Manager/HR Generalist. Maggie was responsible for overseeing office operations, financial management, and customer service coordination. Over time, they took on more responsibilities and worked their way up to become the General Manager/HR Supervisor and later the Human Resources Manager. In these roles, they oversaw HR processes, staffing, employee benefits programs, and recruitment efforts.

Currently, Maggie Schreier holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Greensea IQ, where they develop and implements HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. Maggie manages and develops HR staff members and oversees all HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

Maggie Schreier attended Hamburg Central from an unknown start year until 1993. From 1993 to 1996, they studied Biochemistry at SUNY Geneseo.
