Cady Ottolini O'Grady has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Cady is currently working as a Human Resources Director at Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. Since joining the company in February 2021, they have held this role with no specified end date.

Continuing their educational journey, Cady completed their Master of Science degree in Industrial Relations at Loyola University Chicago from 2000 to 2002.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Cady also received the GPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in May 2008.
