Nicole Mendenhall

Nicole Mendenhall has a strong background in product management and operations. Nicole started their career at Farragut Systems in 2014, where they worked as an Implementation Specialist and later as a Product Owner until 2016. In 2016, they joined Greenshades Software as a Product Manager II, where they simplified complex topics for non-technical audiences and coordinated product resources and stakeholders. Nicole then progressed to the role of Product Manager III, where they ensured the company's product vision was met and mentored non-senior Product Managers. In 2021, they were promoted to Senior Product Manager at Greenshades before taking on their current role as Deputy Director – Product Operations, Revenue, and Data. In this role, they represent the Product Department at high-level meetings, manages internal operations, drives revenue opportunities, and acts as a liaison to other departments and external product partnerships.

Nicole Mendenhall attended East Carolina University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing Education.
