Harriet Ekperigin

Vice President, Mental Heath, Greenshield Health at GreenShield

Harriet Ekperigin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Harriet is currently the Vice President of Mental Health at GreenShield Health since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Lead in Mental Health & Addictions at the Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) from April 2016 to July 2021.

From February 2015 to March 2016, Harriet was an Implementation Lead at Haldimand Health Link, where they provided leadership and project management expertise for the development and implementation of the Health Links business plan.

In 2014, they worked as a Senior IT Project Consultant at KPMG, leading the completion and transition of internal projects.

From 2011 to 2014, Harriet had multiple roles at eHealth Ontario, including Delivery Lead for Identity, Access, and Privacy, Program Manager Consultant for the Data Acquisition Program, and Senior Project Manager Consultant for client and provider registry projects.

Harriet also has experience as a Project Manager Consultant at CCIM, where they managed the implementation of a Common Assessment Tool across Ontario.

Additionally, Harriet worked as a Consultant at Courtyard Group and served as the Manager of the Mood and Anxiety Program at CAMH, where they managed the integration of 9 clinical services to improve patient flow and wait time.

Harriet Ekperigin obtained a PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute in 2009. Harriet then pursued an Executive Healthcare Leadership Program from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management in 2007-2008. Prior to that, they completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Leeds University Business School from 2004-2007. Their educational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Kingston University, where they studied from 1997-2000.
