Heather Awad

Heather Awad has a diverse work experience with Green Shield Canada (GSC). Heather started their career at GSC in 1998 as the VP of GreenShield Insurance Service Operations. Later on, they held the role of Director, Claims Services starting in 2018. Currently, they are the VP of Insurance Service Operations at GSC. Additionally, they have experience as a Manager of Plan Member Services at GSC, although the specific dates are not provided.

Heather Awad holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Windsor. Heather also has a Master of Business Administration degree in Global Supply Chain Management and Human Resources from Wayne State University.
