Laura Pillsworth

Laura Pillsworth has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Laura is currently the Director of Product and Programs at GreenShield, where they lead the strategy and execution of the Benefits Administration product function. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Client Success at OneLocal, overseeing a team of 25 professionals and driving customer success initiatives. Laura also worked at ADP, where they held various positions including Director of Implementation HRO and Payroll Implementation Manager, responsible for managing teams and implementing software and payroll solutions for clients. Laura also has experience at Nortel Networks, where they served in various roles, such as Manager of HR & Finance Systems Portfolio and Corporate Systems Support, where they provided application support and managed projects. Laura has expertise in program management, team leadership, and customer success.

Laura Pillsworth's education history includes attending the McGill University School of Continuing Studies, where they are currently enrolled in the Executive Institute - Mini-MBA Executive Development Program, focusing on Business Administration and Management.
