Yiwen Sim

Yiwen Sim has a solid background in product management and operations. They most recently worked as the VP of Product at GreenShield since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of VP of Product at Inkblot Therapy, where they established and led a comprehensive digital product development and management department. They also scaled the size of the product team to support rapid client growth. Before that, they worked as the Director of Product Management at Self Care Catalysts, where they managed the development of a digital health platform and led solution design and implementation for various healthcare organizations. Additionally, they have experience as a Product Manager at Ample Organics and the Centre for Social Innovation, as well as various roles at Self Care Catalysts and LEVEL5 Strategy Group.

Yiwen Sim holds an Hon. B.A. degree with majors in Philosophy and Ethics, Society, and Law, as well as a minor in Bioethics from the University of Toronto. They have also completed Continuing Studies in Digital Media Skills at OCAD University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Yiwen Sim has obtained certifications in various areas, including Leading Product Teams, Agile Coaching, Product Leadership, Mental Health First Aid, Certified ScrumMaster, Leadership Development, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and User Experience Design.
