Jonathan Lane

Jonathan is Greensill’s General Counsel and Company Secretary, directing the Company’s legal affairs and advising the Board on legal, compliance and regulatory issues.

Jonathan has had a career in both international private practice and industry and has spent a large part of this providing strategic advice and structuring, negotiating and documenting high value and complex transactions for both governments and industry.

He has been a practicing Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales since 1998.
