Patricia F. Russo

Patricia ‘Pat’ F. Russo is Senior Advisor to the Greensill Board of Directors. She is Chairman of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Inc., and serves on the Boards of General Motors, Merck, KKR and JUST Capital. She spent ten years on the Board of Arconic, including a period as Interim Chair.

Pat was the Chairman and CEO of Lucent Technologies during the most challenging period in the telecommunications sector’s history.

Pat is a graduate of Georgetown University and the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program. She holds Honorary Doctorate degrees from Stevens Institute of Technology and Columbia College.

She is a member of the New York Economic Club, a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development and a former member of the US Business Council.
