Lois Rickard

As GreenSky’s Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Ms. Rickard is responsible for all areas of recruiting, employee retention, compensation, organizational development, employee benefits, company internal communications, and talent management. In addition, Ms. Rickard oversees the development and nurturing of the corporate culture. Ms. Rickard has over 30 years of experience designing and implementing successful new programs, processes, talent acquisition & development, and training. Ms. Rickard began her career in the banking industry with Wachovia Corporation.

For the past 24 years, Ms. Rickard has been a member of leading executive teams, working in fast paced, high growth, entrepreneurial cultures, including WebMD and Press Ganey. Most recently at Streamline Health, she led her team in building a strong culture following a series of acquisitions that changed the size and scope of the original company by aligning the processes, policies and offerings for the business’s future state. At Press Ganey she managed a large HR team, focusing on merger and acquisition diligence and integration, as well as the growth and development of the organization. At WebMD Ms. Rickard managed a team of 20 to help shepherd the corporation through rapid growth during the ultra-fast-paced dot.com era, including the diligence and assimilation of 26 acquisitions. She was part of the executive team that took the online division of WebMD public in 2005.

Ms. Rickard received a BA from Albion College and her Masters from the University of Michigan.
