Alonso Hensen

Alonso Hensen is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technology management and support. Currently serving as an IT Administrator at GreenSlate since June 2021, Alonso previously held positions such as Jamf Pro and Mac Admin at Equifax Costa Rica, where leadership included overseeing the Jamf Pro Latin America expansion project. Additional experience includes a role as Systems Engineer I at VMware, managing technology operations and support, and serving as IT Team Lead at Thomson Reuters, responsible for local IT team management. Alonso began a career as an IT Desktop Technician at Align Technology, providing tier 2 support for end-user issues.
