Sandra Wetmore

Sandra Wetmore is currently the SVP of Payroll Operations at GreenSlate. Sandra has over 10 years of experience in payroll and personnel management. Sandra started their career at CAPS Payroll in 2008 as a Payroll Supervisor. In 2011, they were put in charge of creating, from ground level, the management, training & development of payroll and personnel for the Features and Television vertical for background talent, principal talent and crew. Under their leadership, the Commercials, Music Videos and Live Venue product line saw a 40% increase in business. Sandra was also responsible for building and staffing the department, which had an inner office retention of 75%. Sandra also designed and administered on-going performance evaluations and their procedures and protocols, while executing merit reviews, disciplinary counseling and coaching. In 2012, they created and maintained multi-state payroll training techniques to ensure compliance with Federal and State payroll laws while being a liaison with Customers and Clients. In 2013, they reviewed and supervised external client multi-state payroll and troubleshoot any adjustments including union contributions, tax and garnishment with-holdings resulting in proper check processing for client employees and a 25 % decrease in re-issue of payroll checks due to internal error. In 2014, they coordinated with software developers and maintenance of current payroll system calculations creating and implementing user-friendly payroll system for proficient payroll processing. In 2015, they ensured all client payroll is executed in a timely manner within a 48 hour turn-around resulting in 98% client retention effectively decreasing potential labor board claims.

Sandra Wetmore received their Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Illinois Chicago. Her field of study was psychology.

Their manager is John Finn, Founder & Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Andrew Lundgren - Chief Technology Officer, Kathryn Machado - Bickel - Director of Labor Relations, and Celeste Jackson - Senior VP, Client & Industry Relations.
