Charles Polizzi currently serves as the Senior Managing Director and COO at GreensLedge, a position held since March 2022, following a decade as Managing Director and COO at The GreensLedge Group LLC. Prior to this, Polizzi held leadership roles at Citigroup, including CFO/Director for the ICG Technology Development Group, and at Cerberus Capital Management as Senior Vice President overseeing finance and operations for a middle market lending portfolio. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Vice President at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and various finance roles at Citigroup over two decades. Charles Polizzi holds a BA in Accounting from Queens College, completed in 1978, and has extensive expertise in accounting operations, financial planning, and reporting in the investment banking sector.
