Anny Tavit

Anny Tavit currently serves as the Chief Recruiting Officer at Greenspoon Marder LLP since March 2021. Prior to this role, Anny held positions at Robins Kaplan LLP as the Director of Attorney Recruiting & Professional Development from May 2019 to March 2021, and at Holland & Knight as the West Coast Recruiting Manager from May 2015 to May 2019, where responsibilities included lateral recruiting and onboarding for multiple offices. Anny also worked at Seyfarth Shaw LLP from 2007 to May 2015 as the Legal Recruiting Manager - West Coast, overseeing partner and associate recruiting. Earlier positions include serving as the Attorney Recruiting and Development Senior Coordinator at Paul Hastings in 2006-2007 and roles at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP and Seyfarth Shaw LLP focusing on attorney and paralegal recruitment. Anny holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communications and Journalism from California State University, Northridge.
