Jonathan Weiss

Jonathan Weiss is a partner and co-chair of the corporate real estate practice group at Greenspoon Marder. Jonathan has over twenty years of experience in corporate real estate, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and general corporate law.

Jonathan began their legal career as an associate at Silverman Coopersmith & Frimmer in 1997. Jonathan then spent two years as an associate at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC before joining Wilk Auslander LLP in 2003. Jonathan became a partner at Wilk Auslander LLP in 2006 and remained with the firm until January 2019.

Jonathan has represented numerous public and private companies in connection with their real estate needs, including office, retail and industrial leasing, sales and purchases, finance and construction. Jonathan has also represented landlords and tenants in connection with their leasing needs.

Jonathan Weiss earned their J.D., cum laude, from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law. Jonathan earned their B.A., cum laude, in American Theirtory from Clark University. Jonathan also took a General Course at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

They are on a team with Robert J. Rando - Partner, Michael Patrick - Partner, and Mark Fawer - Partner. Their manager is James J. Mcguire, Managing Partner, New York.
