Julie M. Moeller

Julie Moeller serves as senior counsel in the Insurance Recovery and Counseling and the Litigation practice groups at Greenspoon Marder. She has extensive experience in both areas while focusing her practice on insurance coverage and complex commercial litigation matters.

Ms. Moeller has significant experience in complex litigation in state and federal courts, as well as arbitral forums, focusing in the areas of insurance, hospitality, construction, personal injury, and energy-related disputes. Her background also includes working as an in-house litigator for a national hospitality and gaming company with over 500 restaurants, as well as hotel, resort, and gaming properties.

Ms. Moeller is also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, where she served from 1996-2000 as a Supply Management Specialist with the rank of Senior Airman at the time of her honorable discharge.
