Madison Marder

Madison Marder is an associate in the Litigation and Corporate & Business practice groups at Greenspoon Marder LLP.

Ms. Marder received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 2022. During law school, Ms. Marder was the lead legal writer on the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (VICAM) team. The team fosters development of international legal writing, arbitration, and oral advocacy skills among its members. With Ms. Marder’s leadership, her team received the honor of best memorandum in the 5th Annual Asian International Arbitration Centre Pre-Moot Competition. Further, Ms. Marder was a member of the Women’s Law Caucus and the head representative of BARBRI. While attending law school, Ms. Marder was a summer associate at the firm, concentrating her efforts in legal research and writing, Litigation, and Corporate matters.

Preceding law school, Ms. Marder earned a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, and International Studies at San Diego State University, graduating with honors in 2018. During this period, she was a member of numerous national honor societies, including Phi Beta Kappa, National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Phi Kappa Phi, and Kappa Tau Alpha.
