Emma Pearson

Emma Pearson has a solid work experience in the field of health and safety. Emma is currently working as Head of Health & Safety at GreenSquareAccord since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Health & Safety Business Advisor at Sanctuary from April 2019 to May 2022. Emma also worked as a Volunteer Welfare Officer at Rhythmic Gymnastics Club Worcester starting from March 2019. Before that, they held the position of H&S Business Advisor at Bromford from July 2018 to April 2019. Emma's experience also includes working as a Health And Safety Manager at Newport City Homes from October 2016 to July 2018 and as Group Health and Safety Manager at Pobl Group from September 2014 to October 2016.

Emma Pearson has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Workplace Health and Wellbeing from the University of Nottingham. Emma also holds a National Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health from NEBOSH. In addition, they have received certificates in Fire Safety and Risk Management from NEBOSH, and completed courses in the management of asbestos in buildings and the management and control of building hot and cold water services from BOHS. Emma has also completed a course in CDM 2015 in Practice from Astutis, and holds a Construction Management certificate (SMSTS) from CITB. Furthermore, they have a Stress Management Trainer certificate (Stress in Perspective) from IOSH, focusing on work-related stress and HSE Management Standards.
