Maxine Espley Mbe

Maxine Espley MBE has a comprehensive work experience spanning over three decades. Maxine is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at GreenSquareAccord since February 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of Executive Director of Care and Support at GreenSquareAccord from April 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining GreenSquareAccord, Maxine worked at Accord as the Executive Director of Care and Support from September 2015 to April 2021.

Maxine also has experience in the healthcare sector, where they were the Director of Planning and Contracting at Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust from April 2011 to September 2015.

Maxine started their career in 1989 as a Social Worker at Social Services. Maxine then worked at the National Schizophrenia Fellowship as a District Manager from February 1992 to January 1995.

Maxine's experience also includes roles at Prime Focus Housing and Regeneration Group, where they served as the Head of Focus Pathways from February 2002 to July 2004, and as the Regional Manager of Housing with Care and Support from January 1995 to February 2002.

Maxine started their journey in leadership positions as the Managing Director at Wolverhampton City Primary Care Trust from July 2005 to April 2011, after initially joining the organization as an Associate Director from July 2004 to July 2005.

Throughout their career, Maxine Espley MBE has consistently demonstrated their expertise and dedication to improving care and support services.

Maxine Espley MBE completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Nottingham from 1985 to 1988. In 2013-2014, they attended The University of Manchester for the Commercial Directors Programme. Prior to that, they attended Cheadle High School from 1977 to 1984.
