Allana Mason has over a decade of customer service experience, currently serving as a Senior Customer Support Agent at Greenstone Financial Services since May 2017, following roles as a Customer Support Agent and Sales Agent. Prior to this, Allana worked at McDonald's from March 2009 to May 2017, where responsibilities included customer service, staff training, and task supervision as a Crew Trainer. Additional experience includes working as a Sales Assistant at MYER from November 2014 to April 2017 with a focus on customer service and visual merchandising, and serving as an Enrolment Consultant at Premium Graduate Placements for a brief period. Allana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University, attended from 2014 to 2016, and completed education at Nepean Creative and Performing Arts High School from 2006 to 2011.
