Eric Sweet has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Eric currently works as a Credit Analyst at GreenStone Farm Credit Services since May 2020. Prior to that, they worked at BCN Services for six years as a Data Reporting Analyst and Payroll Specialist, where they coordinated with over 100 clients to determine their specific payroll needs, programmed internal software to generate tailored data, and developed new products and features to enhance company efficiency. Before that, Eric was a Resolutions Specialist/Troubled Debt Restructuring Loan Underwriter at Case Credit Union, where they meticulously evaluated borrowers' financial strength and reviewed member accounts to establish the effectiveness of resolution proceedings. Eric also served as a Shift Manager at Qdoba Restaurant Corporation for seven years, where they led and motivated a team to exceed customer expectations and ensured smooth shift operations. Lastly, they were a student at Central Michigan University from 2008 to 2012.
