Keith Aeder

Keith Aeder is an accomplished appraisal professional with extensive experience in agricultural and recreational property appraisal, primarily in East Central Michigan. As the owner of Aeder Appraisal Services since July 2018, Keith continues to apply expertise developed throughout a long career, which includes significant roles at GreenStone Farm Credit Services as an Appraisal Group Manager and Senior Appraiser. Prior positions also include Chief Appraiser at Farm Credit Services of East Central Michigan and Senior Appraiser roles at both the Farm Credit Bank of St. Paul and Baum Appraisal Associates, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive market research, training of appraisal staff, and development of appraisal programs to support lending operations.
