Rishika Kallangada

Rishika KALLANGADA has been working in the technology industry since 2009. Rishika began their career as a Research Assistant at Indian Space Research Organisation, utilizing MATLAB and Object Oriented Programming to monitor the payload health. In 2010, they joined Accenture in India as an Application Development Senior Analyst, coding for customization of the existing application using PeopleTools. In 2015, they moved to Accenture as an ERP Consultant, gathering requirements from the client users and business analysts, converting the requirements into technical design and building and enhancing the application as per requirements. In 2017, they joined Reitmans Canada Lt\u00e9e/Ltd as an Oracle Functional Analyst and System Analyst, managing PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrade and PeopleSoft FSCM and HRMS enhancements and maintenance. Currently, they are working as an Enterprise Resources Planning Program Manager at GreenStruxure, managing and coordinating the setup of CRM and ERP of GreenStruxure on Oracle NetSuite and deep diving into sales, tendering and contract processes to establish an effective CRM.

Rishika KALLANGADA completed their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Visveswaraya Technological University between 2006 and 2010. Prior to that, they had attended Saint Josephs School from 2000 to 2006 and obtained their High School degree. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: Informatica Power Center: Developer from Informatica in February 2018, and Insurance Industry Certification from Accenture in January 2011.
