Beata Cuka

Beata Cuka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and quality assurance within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Senior Platform Business Analyst and Requirements Engineer at Greentube GmbH since December 2020, Beata has previously held roles as an IT Business Analyst at ONE Telecommunications and Telekom Albania. Notably, Beata contributed to ALBtelecom Albania as a BSS Analyst and Quality Assurance Team Leader, overseeing team operations and ensuring adherence to user acceptance criteria. Academically, Beata holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and MIS from the University of New York Tirana and a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics from the University of Tirana.
