Laia Safont

Laia Safont has extensive experience in content production and localization, currently serving as a Content Production and Localization Project Manager at Greentube Internet Entertainment Solutions GmbH since October 2017. Responsibilities include coordinating localization requests, managing translation assets with a large team of freelance translators, and supporting product launches. Previous roles include E-Learning Implementation Associate at LearnChamp, where Laia created E-Learning courses and adapted content for different languages, and Customer Service Associate at bwin, focusing on customer inquiries. Additional experience includes serving as a Consular and Ambassador's Assistant at the Embassy of the Dominican Republic in Austria and a Localization Specialist for the United Nations, translating key documents. Laia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Language Interpretation and Translation from Universitat de Vic and is pursuing a Master's degree in Digital Marketing from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
