Erin Waters has a long and varied work experience. Erin started their career in 2005 as the Program Director for the Salem Recreation Department, where they managed a team of 5-7 staff members and 30+ participants. In 2006, they took on the role of Design Associate at You're Fired Ceramics Studio, managing, implementing paint parties and special events, teaching painting techniques to customers, updating inventory, and processing purchases. In 2007, they became the Graphic Designer/Photographer for Keene State College. From 2012-2018, they were the Development Coordinator for Waypoint NH, where they managed all aspects of the annual campaign and donor relations, designed marketing collateral using Adobe Suite, and developed annual marketing campaigns from conception through completion. Erin also created content for the company website, direct mail campaigns, annual reports, grants, and social media platforms, and created e-mail campaigns through Constant Contact and Blackbaud. In 2015, they became an Independent Artist & Designer for Minted, designing greeting cards, home decor, and fine art. In 2018, they became the Owner & Designer of Tennie & Co., an illustration and stationery brand that offers a broad range of looks and designs that are modern and thoughtful. In 2021, they took on the role of Accounts Receivable at Airtest, maintaining A/R records, preparing bills and invoices, and processing payments. Erin also became a Graphic Designer for Greenvelope.com and an Independent Designer for Pippa, designing greeting cards for the company.

Erin Waters has a Certificate in Digital Design from the University of New Hampshire (2020), a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Southern New Hampshire University in Business/Commerce, General (ongoing), and a Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management from Keene State College (2010).
