Davie Carr

Davie Carr, PhD is an experienced Energy Resource Manager currently working at Greenvolt Power. Prior to this role, Davie held various positions at Nexamp, including Manager, Design Engineering and Lead Design Engineer. With a background in Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering with a focus on Renewable Energy, Davie also worked as a Skipper and Instructor at Maritime Academy And Management Ltd. Throughout Davie's career, they have lectured on ocean energy, presented at various conferences, and instructed sailing in both Ireland and the US. Additionally, Davie has interned at Ascon Engineering and holds a Doctor of Philosophy from Trinity College Dublin.
