Mark Larobina has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Mark began their career in 1989 as a Police Detective and Officer at the Greenwich Police Department, where they gained experience in investigating criminal offenses and responding to emergencies. Mark later joined Spartan Security Services and Temco Industries as a Division Manager, responsible for starting up new branch offices and providing security services. In 2003, they joined Mitchell, Maxwell & Jackson Real Estate Services as the Division Manager and Security Director, overseeing security operations and implementing policies. Mark also served as the Police Commissioner at the City of Stamford Police Department, where they were responsible for appointing and promoting officers, conducting hearings and investigations, and managing the department's budget. In more recent years, Mark has held leadership positions as the Director of Safety and Security at Greenwich and Bridgeport Hospitals, and most recently as the Regional Director of Public Safety at Yale New Haven Health. Their roles have involved developing safety and security measures, coordinating emergency plans, and managing overall operations.

Mark Larobina attended Manhattanville College from 1986 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government.
