Jen-Jie Lee

Postdoctoral Associate at Greenwood Genetic Center

Dr. Lee joined GGC in 2021 as a postdoc in the laboratory of Dr. Heather Flanagan-Steet. After received her Bachelors, Masters, and PhD degrees in Veterinary Pathobiology in Taiwan, Dr. Lee came to the U.S. in 2017 to start her postdoctoral training in Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine. At GGC, Dr. Lee addresses questions of pathogenesis using zebrafish mutant lines, as well as developing new mutant lines to assess cellular processes altered during disease process. Dr. Lee will also work on the pathogenesis of lysosomal storage disorders and assist in discovering potential therapeutic strategies.
