Carolyn Burke

Carolyn Burke has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Carolyn is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing at Greenwood Hospitality since January 2019. Before that, they worked at Golden Hotels as the Director of Catering Sales from May 2018 to December 2018.

Prior to that, they worked at Atrium Hospitality, where they held multiple roles including Director of Catering from November 2015 to January 2018, and Catering Sales Manager from November 2014 to November 2015. In these roles, Carolyn was responsible for sales, event planning, and customer relationship management.

Carolyn also worked at The Stanley Hotel as the Director of Catering from June 2014 to November 2014. Earlier in their career, Carolyn was the Director of Catering at Pratt Properties from October 1996 to May 2014.

Carolyn also gained experience as the Owner and Executive Chef of Carolyn's Gourmet Kitchen, their own catering company, from 1986 to 1996. Carolyn's company specialized in providing catering services for various events ranging from small private parties to large fundraisers.
