Franz Wenzl

Franz Wenzl has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the hospitality industry. Franz started their career as the Director of Restaurants/Assistant Food and Beverage Manager/Catering Conference and Services Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company L.L.C. Franz then served as the Restaurant Manager for Fine Dining at the same company before becoming the F&B Manager / MSE Manager, overseeing a fine dining restaurant and lobby bar. Franz Wenzl also worked as the F&B Manager at the Ritz-Carlton Marina Del Rey, where they improved customer satisfaction scores and received recognition for their leadership. Franz later served as the Assistant F&B Director at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes, managing food and beverage operations for multiple outlets. Franz then joined Hotel Casa Del Mar as an F&B Consultant / F&B Taskforce, assisting in the opening of a new restaurant. After that, they worked at Marriott International as the F&B Manager, Operations Support Resources - Americas, providing operational support and best practices to properties. Currently, Franz Wenzl is the Director of Finance at Greenwood Hospitality.

Franz Wenzl attended Hotelfachschule Bad Ischl from 1979 to 1982 where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management.
