Franz Wenzl has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the hospitality industry. Franz started their career as the Director of Restaurants/Assistant Food and Beverage Manager/Catering Conference and Services Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company L.L.C. Franz then served as the Restaurant Manager for Fine Dining at the same company before becoming the F&B Manager / MSE Manager, overseeing a fine dining restaurant and lobby bar.
