Heather Harmeyer

Heather Harmeyer has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Their most recent position is Director of Sales and Marketing at Greenwood Hospitality, a role they have held since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Midas Hospitality as Dual Director of Sales for Residence Inn and Fairfield Inn & Suites Westport from April 2021 to July 2022, and as Director of Sales for Staybridge Suites St. Louis - Westport from June 2020 to April 2021.

Heather has also held roles at Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel as Corporate Group Sales Manager from November 2019 to June 2020, at Hilton Minneapolis St. Paul Airport - Mall of America as Senior Sales Manager from September 2019 to November 2019, and at Minneapolis Marriott Southwest as Senior Sales Manager from March 2019 to September 2019.

Further back in their career, Heather worked at CSM Corporation as Sales Manager for Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel, the Depot from January 2016 to March 2019, Sales Manager for Residence Inn Depot Minneapolis from April 2015 to December 2015, and Sales Manager for Residence Inn Plymouth & TownePlace Suites St. Louis Park from April 2013 to March 2015. Heather also had a role as Account Executive in Training at CSM Corporation from January 2013 to May 2013.

In addition to their hospitality and sales experience, Heather has served as a HSMAI Minnesota Board Member at HSMAI from December 2013 to December 2016. Heather also has experience in coaching, having worked as a Compulsory Team Coach at Northwest Gymnastics School from March 2014 to December 2015, and as a Team Gymnastics Coach at SEGA Gymnastics from September 2008 to December 2012.

Heather Harmeyer attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 2008 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management. Their field of study focused on Lodging Systems and Property Management.
