Scott Livchak

Scott Livchak has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Scott currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Greenwood Hospitality, a role they have held since December 2014. Prior to this, Livchak served as the Managing Director at Ingram Bay Group, LLC from January 2013 to December 2014. Scott has also worked at TPG Hospitality as the Vice President/Regional Operations from October 2005 to January 2013. Livchak's previous roles include Divisional Vice President of Operations at Remington Hotels from September 2003 to October 2005, Vice President of Operations/Asset Management at Barcelo Hotels & Resorts from June 2001 to September 2003, and Senior Vice President of Operations at Meristar Hotels and Resorts from August 1990 to May 2001. Throughout their career, Livchak has been responsible for various aspects of hotel operations, including financial performance, marketing, guest and associate satisfaction, and asset protection. Scott has played integral roles in company growth and mergers, working with nationally branded and independent hotels in markets such as NYC, Boston, Chicago, and Dallas.

Scott Livchak has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from The Ohio State University. Scott also participated in an American-French Work-Study Exchange Program at Princeton University, focusing on French Language and French Literature. Additionally, they completed High Rise Fire Safety Training at John Jay College (CUNY).
